I love the shape of a pregnant belly. It's a nice profile shot, but I hate the lighting, no offence. I think a swelling tummy should be pink or orange, glowing, and look soft and warm. This one just looks cold and pale. Dark lighting is not ideal for this kind of shot.
Also her pubes are too long. EVERYONE should trim their pubes, it's just hygeine.
